- Payment first before starting the project. There are specific services that only require half of the amount or downpayments (depending on which service you are getting)- Payment method is Paypal for now, through an invoice. we will be asking for your Paypal Address so we can send you the invoice you need to pay for the project.- there ill be a 5% fee on top of the commission price to cover neccessary fees, including coversion fees, processing fees and tax.- Revisions are STRICTLY limited depending on which service you have purchased. Additional Revisions will be Charged.- If in the event the Initial Sketch the artist has given you was not to your liking, one must wait for us to provide a new sketch for awhile as we have other clients are also in line for sketch approvals. It may take a few days for the artist to get back to you with a new set of sketches.- Provide as many References as you can for a smooth sailing Project!- Credit Kave Atelier or Kavalliere when posting/using our works.- Normal Illustrations are for PERSONAL USE only. You are only allowed to use it as social media posts, banners, or Profile Pictures. (please ask us first before you put the illustration in an edit)- Erasing the watermark from Illustrations will have additional fees.- Depending on the Service, Commercial rights, whether it is for streaming or for Merch shall be discussed with the artist before the commission, with both parties agreeing to the proposed pricing.- Additional Fees for Rush Orders will depend on how much time you’ll cut from the TAT.- FOR VTUBERS, PNGTUBERS AND EMOTES: If you intend to sell the character the studio has made and/or designed, Ask for approval first before putting it up for adoption-No Editing/Altering of Source Files without Permission.-Kavalliere (Head Artist of the Studio) has the right as the artist to cancel projects if the client is disrespectful or rude while the project is on going.- please do keep in mind that art takes time, Our Atelier cannot promise to update you every hour of the day, but we will try our best to update every step and Process we do with these projects.- NO REFUNDS once the project has been started. (especially when Sketch is done)- Refunds are only applicable to request when artist is not able to fulfill the project.- Feeding our works into AI is STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
- Turn Around Time for a VTuber Model is 3-6 months for Art Only, while 4-7 months for Art + Rig- We require a downpayment of 200USD to secure a VTuber Slot for Schedule and confirmation. amount will be deducted to the final price of your Model given to you once it's paid. This is just to ensure that the project will 100% happen , and to reserve you an exclusive slot. you are also able to pay more than 200usd incase you want to lighten the load of your future payment plans for your project.- There will be an added 6% of the final price to cover the transaction fee for when you pay in full amount and 8% fee for 50-50 payment, 3-payment installment and 4 - payment installment plans.- Files will only be sent once the full payment has been fulfilled.
- 3-payment installment plan is only available for orders about $1500- 4-payment installment plan is only available for Art + Rig or orders above $2000- The Studio has the right to display your models as part of our portfolio.- Strictly no editing of PSD Layers or Models. The PSD is only reserved for the Rigger to use. NO other artist should manipulate or change anything unless given permission by Kavalliere.- Unlimited Revisions during sketch progress. Revisions during Rendering progress is limited, so please do make sure what you see in the final sketch is to your liking to avoid any major revisions when rendering process starts.- NSFW toggles (revealing privates) in models are accepted, but for female presenting models only. the Artist is not comfortable doing male private parts, but can do shirtless, or revealing clothes.- Gore and Monsters are accepted but with added complexity.- Additional Complexity prices starts at 50 USD.- Process of making a VTuber Model: Rough Sketch > Colored Sketch with Rendered Face > Base Body Render > Clothing Render > Hair Render > Final Touches > Detailed Model Cutting
